Mercy Medical Clinic relies on individuals that are willing to share their abilities and energies in order to help make a difference in our community. Everyone can contribute through volunteering and we are grateful for any positive involvement.
Since opening in 2000, Mercy Medical Clinic has depended on our extraordinary medical staff, which is made up of compassionate physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician’s assistants. It is only through the generous sacrificing of their time and talent that we are allowed to continue to pursue our vision of providing compassionate care. If you are interested in joining us in serving patients and ministering to needs in our community please contact us at email@example.com.
Each semester we have the privilege of working with a wonderful team of student volunteers and it is our goal to make your experience here at Mercy as meaningful as possible. Volunteers commit to work 2-hour shifts each week, but also have to opportunity to help with patient clinics that take place outside of regular office hours. While volunteering students will learn how to work the reception desk, create and file patient charts, and eventually take patient’s vitals and basic histories. If you are interested in helping out in the clinic feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Local churches can be vital partners in our ministry by welcoming patients who have not yet found a life-giving church where they can experience community in faith and receive pastoral care. In addition to offering fellowship, churches may help minister to patients by extending benevolent care and also by supplying volunteers from Sunday school classes and Bible Study groups.
